Supply of E-tricycles and Solar Charging Station

The International Trade Centre (ITC), a joint subsidiary organ of the United Nations and the World Trade Organization, hereby invites your company to submit a Quotation for Services/Goods in accordance with the attached Terms of Reference (Annex A). If your company is interested in undertaking this assignment under contract with ITC, please promptly submit your quotation with special duty-free price for the United Nations to Procurement Services in Geneva e-mail to msarkulova@intracen.org no later 17 August 2021.

Form of Quotation:

 Your Quotation should include

 A firm price without VAT to cover all costs associated with the works specified in the attached Terms of Reference (Annex A) and supporting documents to proof required qualifications and experience

UN General Conditions of Contract:

This RFQ is subject to the UN General Conditions of Contract (UNGCC). The UNGCC shall become an integral part of any Contract or Purchase Order resulting from this RFQ. You may find the UNGCC at http://www.intracen.org/about/procurement/general-conditions/. By submitting a Proposal, the Proposer confirms that it has accessed, read, understood, agreed and accepted the UNGCC.

Payment terms:

The ITC/United Nations will pay the full amount within 30 days after the completion of work and receipt of the invoices. The invoices shall be sent by email to Payments@intracen.org.
