The Agency intends to identify legally-constituted companies that can provide the requested service and have legal capacity to deliver in the country, or through an authorised representative. Vendors are required to register on the UNGM vendor portal and submit quotations following the RFQ guidelines and required form on company's letterhead to the secured email address: unfpangprocurement@unfpa.org ONLY.

Overall Objective
The objective of the RFQ is to identify a supplier who can provide UNFPA with ALL OR PART of the above mentioned products. The selected vendor is expected to provide such products, based on specific Purchase Orders submitted to the vendor. A separate Contract for Professional services will be signed for the lease option and the servicing/maintenance provision only for one-year renewable up to 4 years’ period.

The vendor should be able to provide original consumables and parts in replacement for the equipment adequate functioning.
