Description
UNHCR invites qualified service providers to make a firm offer for the establishment of a frame agreement for the provision and implementation of communication and marketing strategies for UNHCR in KSA.
The frame agreement will be signed with the successful bidder(s) for three (3) years and may be extended at the sole discretion of the UNHCR for an additional period of up to two (2) years
