The Financial Proposal and the Technical Proposal files MUST BE COMPLETELY SEPARATE and uploaded separately in the system and clearly named as either “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” or “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL”, as appropriate. The file with the “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL” must be encrypted with a password. Special note: Do not disclose your price anywhere in your submission or e-tendering system other than encrypted financial proposal. Please enter ‘1’ as your bid price in e-tendering line item.

Quotations must be submitted on or before July 28, 2021 by 04:30 PM (Bangladesh Time) through online e-Tendering system in the following link: https://etendering.partneragencies.org using your username and password.
