Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to identify a suitable contractor to conduct a rapid strategic review of the ACT Accelerator. The Strategic Review will focus on the joint work, operations, results and financing of the ACT-Accelerator partnership and Pillars.  It will document lessons learned and generate forward-looking recommendations to the co-hosts, participating agencies and stakeholders to strengthen ACT-Accelerator work.  It will give particular attention to whether and how this unique construct adds value to achieving its dual goals of accelerated development of COVID-19 tools and their equitable distribution globally, to help end the acute phase of the pandemic
