The Request for Proposal for Services form (page 3 of this document) must be completed and
returned to UNICEF alongside the proposals.
Proposals must be received by 13 July 2021 at 12:00 PM Libya time to supply.libya@unicef.org
ONLY.
Proposals must be submitted electronically in English in two separate emails (one for technical
proposal and the second for financial proposal i.e. completed BoQ) to the following email
address supply.libya@unicef.org
The reference 'LRPS-2021-9168020 Technical Proposal' must be shown in the subject line of
the email consisting of the technical proposal
AND
The reference 'LRPS-2021-9168020 Financial Proposal' must be shown in the subject line of the
email consisting of the financial proposal
Due to the nature of this RFP, there will be no public opening of proposals.
Price shall not be indicated in any of the documents of the Technical Proposal.
Proposals received in any other manner or after deadline will be INVALIDATED.
Note: Failure to submit complete proposals may result in invalidation.
Please note that any inquiries related to this request for proposal will be acceptable through
e-mail address lby-procurement@unicef.org ONLY and will not be considered through phone
calls or any other email.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Currency of proposal is UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD).
It is a critical and mandatory requirement that the Contractor holds a Business Bank Account in
the Company’s Name and in USD DOLLARS and not Individual Bank Account.
Please submit a certified official stamped Bank Letterhead stating your Business Bank Account
Details in USD Dollars alongside the Technical Proposals. (Mandatory Requirement)
