Description

The World Health Organization (WHO) invites vendors to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for conducting assessments of digital contact tracing environments in the Eastern Partnership (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Republic of Moldova and Ukraine) and Western Balkan countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Pristina, Kosovo (in accordance with UNSCR 1244 (1999)).

which address the following objectives:

  1. Identify all key stakeholders and tools composing the digital contact tracing environment through semi-structured interviews, research and desk reviews.
  2. Synthesize gathered information, analyse data and author country-specific reports that describe and evaluate the current digital contact tracing environment and provide recommendations for improvement.
  3. Compile all country-specific reports into one comprehensive technical resource package, describing and evaluating the current status of digital contact tracing environments in the Eastern Partnership and Western Balkan countries.

WHO intends to invite selected vendors to participate in a formal solicitation, via a Request for Proposals (RFP), at a later stage, for the above requirements.  Complete details of the requirements will be included in the solicitation documents.
