PROVISION OF LAUNDRY AND DRY CLEANING SERVICES FOR UNON.

The United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) invites qualified firms to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming competitive bidding exercise for the Provision of Laundry and Dry Cleaning Services. The Laundry services are utilized by a number of United Nations Office at Nairobi sections/ units that include UNDSS, JMS, UNIC, FMTS and COU. These services are consumed by appproximately 250 personnel that include Security Officers, Drivers, Office Messengers, Printing Personnel, Store Staff, Medical Personnel and the Recreation Centre members at United Nations Office at Nairobi (UNON). Garments for dry cleaning range from blazers, uniforms, towels and a range of other apparels. UNON anticipates to award a Contract for an initial period of 3 (Three) years with the option to extend the Contract for an additional period of 2 (Two) years of one year each (3+1+1).
