The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit a quotation for supply of Agricultural Equipment for UNOPS Ghana in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this request for quotation (RFQ).

New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madame,CLARIFICATION SENTWhile going through the RFQ documents,we noticed prices to be quoted DAP as per the attached distribution list. Please the distribution list is not uploaded so do soDue to the current ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic Offices/Factories have limited hours working and many are under complete lockdown.Shall appreciate if you can extend the deadline for another 7 days enable us to quote competitive prices as per the given specification. CLARIFICATION RESPONSESPlease the distribution list is now uploaded.On the deadline extension, we have not taken any decision yet to extend the deadline for submission hence the current one still holdsThanks

New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madame,CLARIFICATION RECEIVEDWe participated in a tender ITB/2021/19942,Invitation to Bid for the Supply and Delivery of Agricultural Equipments in Ghana on 18th May, 2021.Kindly clarify this tender reference: RFQ/2021/21292,Tender title: RFQ for the procurement of Agricultural Equipment in Ghana - Retender, Closing on 29th June, 2021 is diffrent Your prompt reply will be highly appriciated.CLARIFICATION RESPONSEDear Ketan,Please this is a diffirent one from ITB/2021/1994 which is still under evaluation. The equipment in RFQ/2021/21292 are not the same as ITB/2021/19942. Regards,Ketan.

New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madam Please ask the following questions: CLARIFICATION RECEIVED lot2: LASER LAND LEVELLER : "Suitable for 60hp (minimum)tractor " and "Working width: 2000 - 3000mm" ：If it meets 60hp , then the width of is about 1500mm If it meets "Working width : 2000mm ", then minimum Hp is aboout 70-75. Which one do we need to refer to ？ RESPONSE TO CLARIFICATIONDear FanPlease below is your response to your clarificationsThe 60 hp is our minimum requirement hence no requirement should be below our minimum requirement.Thanks
