Kindly refer the clarifications for your requests as follows: Request: Dose a partial bid acceptable? ( i.e Example for one region only Wolayta Zone or Hadiya Zone)**Clarification: As seen on the tender particulars "Partial bids shall not be allowed. Bidders must quote prices for the total goods, services or works for the total requirement. Evaluation will be done for the total requirement.". Therefore Paritial bids are not accepted for this tender.

Kindly refer the clarifications for your requests as follows: Request: Kindly advice if a Kenyan contractor qualifies, What are Ethiopian Government requirement for a foreign contractor to undertake this works and payment method if we happen to do it.Clarification: This is an international tender as there are companies run by other Nationalities other than Ethiopian and registered as Business in Ethiopia. Please note that while setting this criterion we expected bid from bidders who are already registered and have Certificate of competence from the national authorities in Ethiopia.
