Subject:  Request for Proposal for the Provision of Audit Services

Dear Sir/Madam,

You are kindly requested to submit a proposal for the audit of a total of three projects; one project that is directly implemented by the UNDP office in Ukraine and two projects that are nationally implemented, as per enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR).

1. If you request additional information, we would endeavor to provide information expeditiously, but any delay in providing such information will not be considered a reason for extending the submission date of your proposal.

1. Your firm is kindly requested to return the attached acknowledgement letter (Attachment VI) no later than May 16, 2011 to indicate whether or not your firm intends to submit a proposal.
