FOR THE SUPPLY OF IEC MATERIAL FOR WORLD REFUGEE DAY IN UNHCR SUB-OFFICE, OGOJA L.G.A CROSS RIVER STATE.

The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees UNHCR Ogoja, invites qualified suppliers to make a firm offer for the production and supply of IEC materials for the World Refugee Day in Ogoja L.A.G, Cross River State. The successful bidders will be requested to produce and supply the items below to UNHCR Sub-Office Ogoja L.G.A Cross River State. 

SUBMISSION OF BID: 

a) PLEASE ALWAYS QUOTE ITB/0007/NGAOG/VEE-OGJ FOR THE PRODUCTION AND SUPPLY OF IEC MATERIALS FOR WORLD REFUGEE DAY IN OGOJA SUBOFFICE CROSS RIVER STATE.

The offers must bear your official letter head, clearly identifying your company. Your offer shall be address properly differentiating the Technical offer from Financial and must be submitted in different PDF file as an attachment, indicating (Technical offer) and (Financial offer).

IMPORTANT: The Technical Offer and Financial Offer are to be submitted as a single file each of them to the confidential email nigogtender@unhcr.org address. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

• Note that you are not required to submitted your offer physically in any of our offices rather your are require to submit your offer (s) and all other documents as a different attachment to the email address nigogtender@unhcr.org only.

Offers must be submitted latest by Thursday, 27 May 2021, 14h:59. The offers, must be submitted via email address provided and on time adhering to the deadline. Offers submitted otherwise and late offers will not be considered.
