The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), in Abuja Nigeria, invites conference hall /event facility vendors to make a firm offer for the provision of a residential senior management strategic planning meeting holding 26th - 28th May 2021.

Meeting facility should have an annexed lodging space suitable for 56persons.

We would appreciate receiving your quoted offer before 11th May 2021,17:00hrs.

Note, UNHCR will work with event facility vendor on sitting arrangement and visibility days leading up to the event and in any case of discrepancy between unit price and total, the unit price shall prevail.
