Provision of Auction Services to UNHCR Office in Kabul and Its Sub-Offices Located in Kandahar, Herat, Balkh and Nangarhar Provinces

UNHCR in Kabul invites qualified Contractors, duly registered with the Government of Afghanistan, to make a firm offer for the Provision of Auction Services to UNHCR Office in Kabul and Its Sub-Offices Located in Kandahar, Herat, Balkh and Nangarhar Provinces.

UNHCR may award Frame Agreement (s) with initial duration of two years, potentially extendable for a further period of one year, subject to the satisfactory provision of the auctioning services.

It is strongly recommended that this Request for Proposal document and its annexes be read thoroughly.  Failure to observe the procedures laid out therein may result in disqualification from the evaluation process.

ONLY COMPANIES BASED IN AND LEGALLY REGISTERED IN AFGHANISTAN ARE REQUIRED TO APPLY.
