Description
The United Nations is looking to enter into an agreement with a contractor offering advanced subscription services to a comprehensive off-the-shelf online learning resource library, to provide staff with more customized and engaging learning content, including access to data that aids in better understanding staff current and future learning needs. Online courses will be accessible to staff members worldwide, including locations with low bandwidth or limited Internet connectivity. The online courses provided are expected to operate adequately in such environments and be available offline, and vendors are expected to specify to which extent the proposed solution responds to this requirement. Deliverables: The required services should include: • An off-the-shelf online learning resource library suite, including video-based and micro-learning resources; • Expanding high quality and up-to-date content, with mixed learning materials such as job aids, exercises, test preparation exams or similar quick reference materials. • High learner engagement through personalized learning page; pushed learning material, customizable playlists; • Advanced tools and functionalities to create new and customize existing content, including ability to add custom graphics and images to UN-specific learning programs. • Tools to share content with UN-specific user groups. • Ability to track and report on users’ completion and progress. • Advanced reporting and analytical features and functionalities, including data visualization tool. Ability to collect, view and analyze users' skills in the Organization and recommend content to users based on the specific skills required by the Organization. • End-user support and on-going services, including helpdesk (technical support) and troubleshooting, customization support (either for the platform or for more learning topics), and communications/marketing. The contract duration will be for a three-year period, with the option to extend for two more years, one year at a time.
