The SDG Finance Sector Hub, UNDP hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-referenced subject.

This RFP includes the following documents;

Dear Sir / Madam:

We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for Strategic communications services for SDG Impact initiative of UNDP Finance Sector Hub (the detailed TOR is attached as Section 5 of RFP document).

Please be guided by the forms attached hereto as Annex 1, in preparing your Proposal. 

Proposals may be submitted on or before 18th of February 2021, 6:00 pm New York time via email only to the following e‐mail address:

No hardcopies are accepted.

Proposals sent to other UNDP email addresses will not be accepted and the Purchaser will not be responsible for the confidentiality of such offer.

The technical and financial proposals should be in separate email messages mentioning the following subject lines:

Technical Proposal: UNDP/SDGI/RFP/2021/01- Technical Proposal- {Bidder’s Name}

Financial Proposal: UNDP/SDGI/RFP/2021/01- Financial Proposal- {Bidder’s Name}

Your Proposal must be expressed in the English, and valid for a minimum period of 120 calendar days.
 

In the course of preparing your Proposal, it shall remain your responsibility to ensure that it reaches the address above on or before the deadline.  Proposals that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.  When submitting your Proposal by email, kindly ensure that they are signed and in the .pdf format, and free from any virus or corrupted files.
