The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) invites you to submit an offer for the procurement of Laboratory Equipment and Consumables to be delivered in the Kyrgyz Republic.
• Detailed description of commodity:
Lot A – Reagents for laboratory methods to isolate, identify and characterize bacterial species
Lot B1 –Reagents, consumables, and 16-disc dispenser for laboratory methods for antimicrobial susceptibility testing (Preferred version).
Lot B2 - Reagents, consumables, and 8-disc dispenser for laboratory methods for antimicrobial susceptibility testing
Lot C – Glassware, plastic ware, and personal protective equipment for microbiology laboratory
Lot D – Small laboratory equipment
Lot E –Reference strains for quality control laboratory methods
Lot F - Large Equipment

• Delivery Times: Within 12 weeks after the issuance of the Purchase Order (DAP basis in accordance with Incoterms 2010)

• Destination country: the Kyrgyz Republic:

Delivery addresses:
1. Center for Veterinary Diagnostics and Expertise in the northern region of KR (33, Ryskulov street, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan)
2. Center for Veterinary Diagnostics and Expertise in the southern region of KR (135, Moldo Niaz street, Osh, Kyrgyzstan)
For custom clearance procedures: all shipping documents must contain consignee details as:
160, Chui Ave., UN House, 720040, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

Mandatory requirements / documents:
a) Registration on the United Nations Global Market (UNGM);
b) Legal entity certificate from the relevant authority (enclose a copy);
c) Duly Accomplished Bid Submission Letter as provided in Appendix “I”
d) Duly Accomplished Technical Specifications and Financial Form as provided in Appendix “III”.
f) Full acceptance of the FAO General Terms and Conditions for Goods.

OFFERS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF SUBMITTED THROUGH THE UNGM PORTAL.
OFFERS NOT SUBMITTED THROUGH THE UNGM PORTAL WILL BE INVALIDATED.
