PROVISION OF TV CABLE NETWORK AND RELATED SERVICES TO UNAMA AT UNOCA COMPOUND IN KABUL AND SUBSC ...

The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) is seeking potential and qualified vendors for the Provision of TV Cable Network and Related Services to UNAMA at UNOCA Compound in Kabul and Subscriptions for Alpha Compound, Regional & Provincial Offices, UNAMA Kabul, Afgahnistan on "as and when required basis" to UNAMA, Kabul, Afghanistan. UNAMA intends to establish a contract for three years with option to extend for additional (1 + 1 year). Delivery will be made to UNAMA, UNOCA Compound, Kabul, Afghanistan. UNAMA will require a qualified vendor that should be able to provide the following services: 1. Renewal of subscription (“Dish TV”) for the TV Networks as bellow: Location No. of “Dish TV” Cards UNOCA Compound 18 cards Alpha Compound 17 cards Kandahar 15 cards Jalalabad 15 cards Kunduz 15 cards Bamyan 15 cards Mazar 15 cards Gardez 15 cards Herat 15 cards Faizabad 1 card Pul-i-Khumri 1 card Maimana 1 card Total: 143 cards 2. Maintenance of the TV Network at UNOCA, including three times a week inspection and be on stand-by call, within one business day, to resolve malfunction of the system. 3. Repair of equipment and provision of spare parts upon request for the equipment installed at UNOCA. 4. The duration of the contract will be for three years with UNAMA’s option for an extension of two additional years (1+1), one year at a time bases on UNAMA requirement, satisfactory performance of contractor and extension of UNAMA's mandate. All works shall be in accordanced with this Scope of Work, approved plans, specifications of work conditions, and other related documents as indicated the bidding documents, unless otherwise stated.
