In sketch 46, the building is concrete brickSolid. So why this difference in the drawings and specifications? We kindly ask you to explain to us what is being certified?Answer: In item NO 2.4.16 in the civil works, and this item is divided into three items (2.4.16 A,2.4.16 B and 2.4.16 C) and the description works of these items are found in BoQ’s.But the civil works provide for the Supply and Build gray "limestone", you can find this item in BoQ No 2.4.17 C, and the section details as per shop drawing No. 46.Question 4 Please explain where are the drawings for the open manholes mentioned in the mechanical agenda?Question 8: Please explain where are the drawings for the open manholes mentioned in the mechanical agenda?Answer: The Opening (Manhole) mentioned in the Mechanical BOQ item (1.5) is shown in the mechanical drawing " 05. Question 9: We have some queries about Electrical works as follows:Regarding ESENSIAL SUBMAIN DISTRIBUTION BOARDS, a- BoQ does not match drawings for Items: ( 2.3 +2.4 + 2.5 + 2.6 ).Answer a: Please refer to Drawing No.S3-13 (POWER RISER DIAGRAM )b- Regarding SUBMAIN DISTRIBUTION BOARDS, There are two different drawings for Items No: (2.8.1+ 2.8.2 +2.8.3 )،Please specify what drawing we are working on.Answer b: Please refer to Drawing No. S3-12 , S3-12 A & S3-13 ( DISTRIBUTION PANEL BOARD SCHEDULE) . c -There is no drawing for items:( 2.8.5 + 2.8.6 ),Please provide us with relevant drawings.Answer c: Please refer to Drawing No.S3-12 & S3-13. d- About FINAL LIGHTING & POWER PANEL BOARDS, There are two different drawings for items No: (2.9.5 + 2.9.6 + 2.9.7)،Please specify what drawing we are working on.Answer d: Please refer to Drawing No.S3-11. Answer: No guarantee is required to enter the tender, however, a performance gaurantee will later required from the winnner of this tender.Question 12: Will you please extend the bid submission date at least for 3 more days to enable us submit a complete offer as we still waiting prices from the suppliers who are still in New Year holidays?Answer: tender is extended until the 13th of Jan.Question 13: Annex 1_RFQ_Schedule 3_Bill of Quantities_SR-RW-HAJ-001 -Civil Works -Item No. 2.4.17 you mentioned ceramic tiling for roofs in the title but it is a mosaic?Answer: stick to what is required in the BoQ description.This clarification shall form part of this tender.

RFQ/2020/18169: Question 1: could you please advise with the Site visit date.Answer:You can go directly to the hospital - General Manager , and they will arrange it with you.Question 2:Given the importance of site visit, we have some questions: Kindly advise whether the site visit would be conducted by UNOPS, or should we arrange for it with Republican Hospital of Hajja? Answer:You can go directly to the hospital - General Manager , and they will arrange it with you.Question 3:In regard to this tender submission could you please advise in regard to the site visit.Answer:You can go directly to the hospital - General Manager , and they will arrange it with you.Question 4:ملاحظات في الأعمال المدنية 1- لا يوجد مخططات انشائية للمبنى القديم سقف هردي 25 سم رقم البند 22- لا يوجد مخططات وتفاصيل للهنجر 178 م2 رقم البند 2.4.20 ؟ Answer:Please refer to RFQ_Drawings of WASH and Civil works, and always submit your clarifications in English.Best Regards,
