Deadline Extended - Re-bid / Evaluation of the strategic positioning of UNESCO’s Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission

The United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invites qualified companies/individuals to submit proposals to conduct an Evaluation of the strategic positioning of UNESCO’s Intergovernmental Oceanographic Commission.

The time schedule for the evaluation is planned between November 2020 and April 2021. Given the specific and technical nature of the evaluation, a combination of expertise is being sought in ocean and marine sciences, particularly as they relate to policy and decision-making, national management, capacity development and information systems. Experts and evaluators from diverse backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
