MANUFACTURE AND/OR SUPPLY OF 40 TUK TUK AMBULANCES

 

INTRODUCTORY LETTER

Dear Sir/Madam,

  1. CAFA Development Organization, a Sudanese national development agency and UNFPA´s implementing partner, invites sealed bids for the supply of Tuk Tuk Ambulances, for its programme in Sudan.
  2. Bidding shall be conducted through ONE envelope. The technical bid containing the technical specifications and the financial bid containing price information shall be submitted together.
  3. The Bidder shall be required to quote for all items.
  4. To enable you to submit a bid, please read the following attached documents carefully:

  1. The bid shall reach CAFA’s reception or the email inbox of cafaprocurement@gmail.com no later than 8 October 2020, at 1:00 pm Khartoum time. The hard copy of the bid must be sent to CAFA Development Organization – Ardaa Street West Mareikh Stadium Omdurmam, Khatourm State, Sudan.
  2. The bid shall be opened on 11 October 2020, at 10:00 Khartoum time at CAFA office in Khartoum, Sudan.  
  3. Bids received after the stipulated date and time shall not be accepted under any circumstances. Bids delivered through courier and posted later than the due date shall not be registered and shall be returned unopened or shall be shredded. Bids submitted to any other email address than cafaprocurement@gmail.com shall be rejected.
  4. Any questions relating to the attached documents shall be addressed in writing to the following personnel:

Deadline for clarification questions: 1 October 2020 at 1:00 pm Khartoum time.

Answers to bidders’ questions will be shared regularly on the United Nations Global Marketplace (http://www.ungm.org). Identity of bidders who raise questions will be kept confidential.
