Following ITU's Launch on 19 November 2010 of the Call for Bids for CRM - Event Management Software for ITU TELECOM World 2011 - PROC-AB-7100-10-TLC, below, it is with regret that I must inform you that the Bid is now cancelled due to the fact that offers received were over and above ITU's foreseen budget for the project.

For information, unfortunately, ITU is not in a position to make additional financial resources available, and therefore ITU TELECOM has decided to work with internal resources and not proceed with an outsourced solution at this time.
