Implementation of Community Based HIV Services in Inanda, South Africa
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to implement a community-based HIV services uptake demand creation and linkage to relevant services in Inanda, Ethekwini district South Africa. The services include voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC), HIV testing services (HTS), Tuberculosis (TB) screening, Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI) testing. In addition, the contractor will be required to identify patients who have defaulted from treatment and link them back to the care treatment. This will be done through community mobilisation, capacity building and dissemination of health education using various channels. The project is expected to start earliest in August 2020 and end in March 2021.
