Please note the following revisions and updates regarding tender RFP 503183:

- An additional Window submission deadline has been included as follows
Window 4: Submission Deadline: by latest 23.59 hours (Copenhagen time) Friday, 30 October 2020
Window 5: Submission Deadline: by latest 23.59 hours (Copenhagen time) Monday, 30 November 2020
- Please note that once a commercial offer is submitted in a Window period, the same offer should NOT be submitted again in other Window periods UNLESS there are changes to the commercial offer for the items in reference.
- Please take note that all technical documents should be submitted as indicated in point 4.3 on page 7 “Instructions for Technical proposals" of the Tender Document, and referenced below:

See Annex 2 for detailed instructions for technical proposals.
Technical proposals and accompanying documents MUST be UPLOADED to a UNICEF SharePoint site as per instructions in Annex 3. For your SharePoint site to be established, send email to rshonhiwa@unicef.org with full name and address of bidder and INN descriptions of products of interest.
DO NOT UPLOAD COMMERCIAL OFFERS OR COMMERCIAL DOCUMENTS IN THE SHAREPOINT FOLDERS.
- Please note that UNICEF will host another Webinar on RFP 503183 on 6th October from 14:30 to 16:00 (CEST)
A zoom link and password will be sent upon completion of the registration form (Registration Form for 2nd Webinar for RFP 503183), In document tab of this tender, a day before the webinar.
