Supply of Paper for United Nations Economic Commission for Africa

ECA wishes to enter into a Long Term Agreement with a qualified vendor for the supply of Paper per the description below. - Special matt paper, size 450 X 640mm, 100gsm, 500 Sheets/ream, LG 100% Chlorine free. - Special matt paper, size 450 X 640mm, 115gms, 500 Sheets/ream, LG 100% Chlorine free. - Special matt paper, size 450 X 640mm, 150gsm,250 Sheets/ream, LG 100% Chlorine free - Matt coated board 450 X 640mm, 250gsm, 250 Sheets/ream, LG 100% Chlorine free. - Paper Offset 80gsm, size 450 X 640mm, 500 Sheets/ream, LG 100% Chlorine free It is UNECA's intent to establish a Long Term Agreement (LTA) for a period of 3 years with a qualified vendor. Interested vendor will be invited to the tender by “Invitation to bid” (ITB) at a later stage. This tender envisages the selection of a single or more contractors to supply the papers. Please note that the UNECA is precluded from entering into contract with a firm that is not fully registered with UNGM. Those interested in responding to this invitation but not currently fully registered as vendors with UNGM, are encouraged to register before submission of the bid. In order to be eligible for UN Registration, vendors should declare in writing compliance to the Prerequisite for Eligibility criteria itemized from A-F as contained in the EOI instruction attached.
