Dear Bidder On behalf of the International Labour Organization, your company is invited to submit a proposal for RFQ/No. SLE107/108292/EIIP/KLH-S2_2026 pertaining to the Ditch Excavation and Construction of 5 No. Box Culverts along the Tondola – Bunumbu Road (Km 3+250 - Km 6+700) in Kailahun District, Sierra Leone (Lot S2). - Site Visit is scheduled on 11 March 2026 at 10:00AM and Pre-bid Meeting scheduled on 12 March 2026 at 10:00 AM Kailahun District Council. Please refer to the RFQ particulars in Annex I-B. - Request for clarification deadline is on 14 March 2026 before 05:00PM. Note that all clarifications should be sent through the message tab on the e-Sourcing platform. - The bid submission deadline is on 23 March 2026 before 11:00AM. Only bidders who attended the Site visit and pre-bid meeting can submit their proposals.
