Dear Bidder Thank you for your participation in the RFQ- “Rapid Peace, Employment and Skills Ecosystem Assessment in Libya” and for your technical and financial proposals submitted in response to the ToRs. Following an internal review, the implementation timeframe stipulated in the ToR has been revised. Consequently, the ToR has been updated accordingly and is attached for your reference. As your proposal successfully met the required technical and financial evaluation criteria, we kindly invite you to submit revised technical and financial proposals reflecting the updated implementation period if you are still interested. Please note that the purpose of this revision is solely to accommodate the change in the implementation timeframe. Accordingly, bidders are requested to maintain the overall content of their original technical proposals, including the proposed methodology, technical approach, team composition, deliverables, and other key elements. Revisions should be limited to aspects that are directly affected by the reduction of the implementation period to six (6) weeks. Thank you
