LOT 1 Nigeria_Provision and Deployment of Enterprise GIS Platforms and Broadband Mapping Geoportals

Provision and deployment of an end-to-end Enterprise GIS Broadband Mapping Platform for the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), including supply and installation of hardware and software, development of a national broadband mapping geoportal, system integration, capacity building, and knowledge transfer. The project aims to strengthen broadband data collection, analysis, visualization, and evidence-based regulatory decision-making while ensuring sustainable operation and long-term national ownership of the platform.
