Provision of Audio/Video Technical Support and Maintenance

The International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a specialized agency of the United Nations based in Rome, Italy, hereby solicits proposals for the provision of Audio/Video Technical Support and Maintenance. 

The purpose of this tender is to contract a vendor for the provision of Audio/Video Technical Support Services and Maintenance of audio-visual equipment at IFAD’s Headquarters in Rome, via Paolo di Dono 44. IFAD is looking for a contractor who can provide its qualified technicians to carry out: 

Technical support, on a daily basis – two technicians on site – and ordinary maintenance 
Extraordinary technical support and maintenance 

The contract will be issued initially for 3 years with a possible renewal for additional two years for a total of maximum 5 years. 

This contract will be issued as a Long-Term Agreement (LTA), initially valid for a period of three (3) years, with the possibility of renewal for an additional two (2) years, for a maximum total duration of five (5) years. Following the evaluation process, the Organization intends to award one primary Long-Term Agreement (LTA) to the highest-ranked responsive and qualified bidder, and one secondary (backup) LTA to the second-highest-ranked bidder. The establishment of an LTA does not constitute a financial commitment, and purchase orders shall be issued on an if and when required basis.
