Our Rights, Our Lives, Our Future (O3) Midterm Evaluation

United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit sealed tenders as follows:

UNESCO is seeking the services of a consulting firm/entity to conduct the Midterm Evaluation of the Our Rights, Our Lives, Our Future (O3) Programme (Phase II).

EXPECTED OUTPUTS

The Midterm Evaluation is expected to commence in November 2025 and conclude by May 2026, spanning an estimated 160 working days.

The main deliverables for this evaluation are as follows :

1. Inception report outlining the evaluation methodology, approach, evaluation matrix, and data collection tools (covering O3 regional programme, and two country programmes: O3 Malawi and O3 Zambia)
2. Three detailed evaluation report outlines to guide the structure and flow of the final report (O3 regional, O3 Malawi and O3 Zambia)
3. Three draft evaluation reports for review and feedback (O3 Regional, O3 Malawi, and O3 Zambia)
4. Three Final evaluation reports, accompanied by three PowerPoint presentations (O3 regional programme, O3 Malawi, and O3 Zambia)
5. One manuscript suitable for submission to a peer-reviewed journal (for O3 regional)
6. Three Infographics (O3 regional, O3 Malawi, and O3 Zambia) and two Policy Briefs (O3 Malawi and O3 Zambia) to communicate key findings in accessible formats tailored to relevant stakeholders.
