The purpose of the requested services is to engage a qualified contractor to support 30 ready-made garments and home textiles companies in preparing their business plans with a focus on the technical assessment of production and operations. This will require a total of 50-60 man-days over a period of six months. The cluster companies are located in Mahalla El Kubra, Egypt. The objective of this assignment is to conduct a comprehensive technical assessment of the production-related components of the business plan of the ready-made garments / hometextiles factories.
