The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is a specialized agency of the United Nations with 194 member states. WIPO’s headquarters are based in Geneva, Switzerland. WIPO’s mission is to lead the development of a balanced and effective global intellectual property ecosystem to promote innovation and creativity for a better and more sustainable future. The Organization’s mandate, governing bodies, and procedures are set out in the WIPO Convention, which established WIPO in 1967. WIPO seeks proposals from qualified external firms to conduct an independent audit of two (2) internal processes at WIPO divided into the following lots: Lot 1 - Business Continuity Management process. The audit will assess the adequacy and effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal controls around WIPO Business Continuity Management (rfx_730 - IOD-26-01881-RFQ - Audit of WIPO's Internal Processes - LOT 1). Lot 2 - Third-Party Risk Management and Contract Management process in IT. The audit will assess the adequacy and effectiveness of governance, risk management, and internal controls around WIPO’s Third-Party Risk Management and Contract Management in IT (rfx_731 - IOD-26-01881-RFQ - Audit of WIPO's Internal Processes - LOT 2). Each lot will constitute an individual submission to be evaluated separately. Bidders may submit proposals for one or two lots. WIPO may, at its discretion, decide not to award more than one lot under the same RFQ to the same company. Please note that you must complete the qualification process under "rfx_729 - IOD-26-01881-RFQ - QUALIFICATION - Audit of WIPO's Internal Processes" whether you are bidding for one lot or two lots.
