Support to the development of the fifth edition of the Global Estimates of Forced Labour

Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (hereinafter the “ILO”) is pleased to invite your company to submit a Proposal for the Provision of services to support to the development of the fifth edition of the Global Estimates of Forced Labour [RFP/33/2025/GEK]. To enable you to prepare and submit a proposal, please download all the related annexes to this RFP from the attachment area. Please note this is a one-Lot tender. The selected supplier will enter a Long term agreement with the ILO, offering business opportunities for multiple lots for the duration of the contract. When preparing your submission, please bear in mind that any and all services provided to the ILO are subject to the Terms and Conditions Applicable to ILO Contracts, (https://www.ilo.org/wcmsp5/groups/public/---ed_mas/---inter/documents/legaldocument/wcms_768752.pdf), as well as any other conditions contained in or enclosed with this tender, will become part of any contract concluded with the successful bidder. Your Proposal must be received by the ILO no later than the specified deadline of this RFP. Bidders requiring any clarification on technical, commercial or legal aspects of the RFP documents may notify the ILO by using the e-Sourcing platform through the “Messages” tab. The list of all questions received in due course and ILO’s answers to them (“Q&A”) will be published on ILO e-Sourcing Platform as per the tender schedule in the RFP Cover Page.
