Provision of Logistics and Event Management Services in Support of UNODC Operations in Maldives

The event management service provider engaged to deliver a full range of services to facilitate the planning and execution of the event, which includes but is not limited to:
Event Planning and coordination:

*Collaborate with UNODC to develop a detailed event plan covering all aspects of accommodations, catering, transport, and conference requirements.

*Liaise with the hotel to arrange room blocks, venue spaces, and any additional amenities for attendees.

*Create a comprehensive timeline and ensure all event elements are in place for the scheduled dates, including setup, teardown, and any contingency plans.
