Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for a facilitator/moderator to undertake the below mentioned work. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The facilitator/moderator will co-design webinar agendas and session flows with the ILO STREAM team, aligning objectives, target audiences, topics, formats, and timing. They will prepare facilitation materials, including a run-of-show, guiding questions, moderator script, and expected outputs, and brief and coordinate with speakers and panellists to align on roles, key messages, sequencing, and time limits. The facilitator will coordinate with interpretation and technical teams to ensure smooth multilingual delivery, moderate each webinar in English with balanced and inclusive participation across GCC and South Asia, and manage real-time delivery, timekeeping, transitions, and Q&A. They will introduce speakers, guide discussions, facilitate interactive tools to enhance engagement, summarise key messages and follow-up actions, document outcomes for STREAM, and provide post-webinar reflections and recommendations to strengthen future sessions and cross-regional exchange.
