The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite competent Bidders/Contractors to submit their respective competitive proposal to Design-Build for Ministry of Gender, Child and Social Welfare (MGCSW) Safe House, Juba, South Sudan in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the “Employer's Requirement” herein uploaded as Annex 1 under file ref. “EMPLOYER’S REQUIREMENT,  SOUTH SUDAN WOMEN’S SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT PROJECT (SSWSEEP)"
