(Low-Value) RFP 2025.17 Consultancy to Develop a Landscape Report for TB in Key Populations

Unitaid is seeking services of qualified external consultancy or specialized firm to develop a landscape analysis of tools and integrated delivery strategies for key populations across the TB cascade of care. For the purposes of this landscape report, these tools and strategies are defined as those which address TB.

Expected Outcome:  A document that maps the key drivers and opportunities to address inequities in highly vulnerable groups affected by TB that can be actioned by Unitaid and others. 

Experience and expertise (both the firm and the proposed team members).

1. (Team members) Advanced level university degree in business and or public health or the equivalent with at least 8-10 years’ work experience in global public health.
2. At least 8 years’ experience in developing technical reports, and other communication materials for a range of audiences.
3. At least 5 years’ experience in developing, evaluating or implementing various aspects of the global TB response, experience on work with key populations, innovation, private sector engagement.
4. At least 8 years’ experience working on TB, Health Systems Strengthening with a well-established network of contacts in industry, academia, international agencies, etc.

Desirable experience

1. Working knowledge of Unitaid or the World Health Organization
