Provision of Consultancy Services for ERP Business Process Review and Documentation

Following the implementation of a new ERP system (Quantum – Oracle Cloud), WMO requires structured documentation of key business processes across administrative functions. This documentation needs to be in alignment with WMO’s internal control policies and risk mitigation, with emphasis on quality data analysis, user access control, and ease of maintenance.
