Construction of Oxygen Plant House in May Pen Hospital

PURPOSE

UNICEF Jamaica is issuing Request for Proposal to Construction firms to construct a single-story building of 223m2 to house the Oxygen plant.  Estimate 6 months execution and 12 months DLP.

OVERVIEW

The objective of these Terms of Reference is to guide a bidding exercise to identify a suitable Grade 1 and Grade 2 General Contractor as identified by the National Contracts Commission to execute the works described below within the agreed quality, budget, and timeline. The general aim of the Project is to provide a long-term solution for the public health system in Jamaica by constructing and installing an oxygen plant at the May Pen Hospital in Clarendon to better handle emergencies.

SUBMISSION

Submit your Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal as separate documents, along with all required attachments, in PDF format only on or before 23:55 PM on July 25, 2025 Kingston, Jamaica time, to jam-procurement@unicef.org. Please note that no physical submissions will be accepted at the office.

1. Technical Proposals should be submitted titled “[CompanyName]_Technical Proposal OxygenPlant”
2. Financial Proposal should be submitted titled “[CompanyName]_Financial Proposal OxygenPlant”
