New clarification added: Clarification:Is the contractor required to have executed similar projects as the main contractor, or is experience as a subcontractor also acceptable?UNOPS Answer:The bidder's experience as a subcontractor is acceptable as long the bidder obtains a completion certificate\ supporting documents as a proof of executing similar projects, and the scope of work of the subcontractor and the contract amount of works done by the subcontractor at the time

New clarification added: Clarification:Dear Sir, I would like to seek clarification regarding the requested 7 years of experience.Would we still be eligible to submit our proposal for the last 6 years instead of 7?We appreciate your guidance on this matter and look forward to your response.Thank you UNOPS REPLY:Regarding criteria 4, the bidder is required to have been registered in Lebanon as a Contractor in continuous business during the last seven (7) years. Regarding criteria 1, the bidder can submit similar projects done during the last 6 years.
