Provision of Event Management (Conference Service), Hotel Accommodation, interpreters’ translation, Printing, flight booking and Catering Services for UNSMIL in Libya, and Tunisia

The United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL), with an office in Tunis and headquarters in Tripoli- Libya has a requirement to establish a contract for the provision of Event Management (Conference Service), Hotel Accommodation, interpreters’ translation, Printing, Flight or travel services, shuttle services and Catering Services for UNSMIL in Libya and Tunisia for a period of (1) one Year with optional (1+1) years extension subject to the extension of UNSMIL mandate and the satisfactory performance of the Contractor, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the Terms of the Contract (the “Initial Term”). UNSMIL may, at its sole action, extend the Initial Term of this Contract, under the same terms and conditions as set forth in this Contract.
