Request for Proposals for Services (RFPS also known as LRPS)

UNICEF in Romania wishes to invite you to submit a proposal for performing Micro Assessments and Spot Checks of UNICEF Romania’s Implementing Partners as fully detailed in the Terms of Reference attached at Annex B.


HOW TO APPLY:

 

E-MAIL PROPOSALS should be sent to: ROM-PROCUREMENT@UNICEF.ORG.

 

The reference RFPS/ LRPS-2020-9162474 and Company Name must be mentioned as the subject of the e-mail.

 

The Bid Form (pg. 2 from the RFPS) must be completed and signed when replying to this request for proposal. 


The Proposals MUST be submitted in ENGLISH and received at the above e-mail address by latest on Friday, 30th October 2020, at 15:00, Bucharest local time.

 

Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.

 

It is important that you read all the provisions of the request for proposal, to ensure that you understand UNICEF’s requirements and can submit a proposal in compliance with them. Note that failure to provide compliant proposals may result in invalidation of your proposal.

Proposers are required to submit any questions in respect of this RFPS by E-MAIL to:

The deadline for receipt of any questions is 29th OCT 2020, 16h00, Bucharest local time.
