Request for Quotation for Services (RFQS also known as LRQS)
UNICEF in Romania wishes to invite you to submit a quotation for signing LTAs for the provision of communication materials for documenting UNICEF activities and events (Human Interest Stories – HIS) as fully detailed in the Terms of Reference attached at Annex B.
HOW TO APPLY:
E-MAIL QUOTATIONS should be sent to: ROM-PROCUREMENT@UNICEF.ORG , with cc: HVNGUYEN@UNICEF.ORG.
The reference RFQS/LRQS-2020-9155909 HIS and Company Name must be mentioned as the subject of the e-mail.
The quotation form (pg. 2 from the RFQS) must be completed and signed when replying to this request for quotation.
The Quotations MUST be submitted in ENGLISH and received at the above e-mail address by latest on Friday, 6th Mar 2020, at 15:00, Bucharest local time.
Quotations received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.
It is important that you read all of the provisions of the request for quotation, to ensure that you understand UNICEF’s requirements and can submit a quotation in compliance with them. Note that failure to provide compliant quotations may result in invalidation of your proposal.
Questions from Proposers. Proposers are required to submit any questions in respect of this RFQS by E-MAIL to: ROM-PROCUREMENT@UNICEF.ORG, with CC to HVNGUYEN@UNICEF.ORG
The deadline for receipt of any questions is 4th Mar 2020, 15h00, Bucharest local time.
