The UN Women Training Centre (TC) is dedicated to supporting the UN and other stakeholders to realize commitments to gender equality, women’s empowerment and women’s rights through transformative training and learning.

Self-paced courses are delivered online and can be accessed using a computer. Self-paced courses allow learners to access content at their pace, and from anywhere at any time. This type of course is mainly interactive and can include video, audio or animations to enhance the learning experience.

The course Gender Responsive Budgeting aims to raise awareness about the potential impact and added value of gender responsive budgeting. Students will also be able to recognize the prevailing frameworks and

analytical tools for GRB initiatives, the potential scale of interventions and the role of potential key actors in these activities.

The self-paced course has been developed and packaged in English by the UN Women Training Centre. Translation in French and Spanish will help to target additional audiences to raise awareness on this topic.

The objective of the course on CEDAW is to enable UN staff to plan and deliver appropriate support through the full four-year cycle of the CEDAW reporting process.
