This trophy will be presented to High-ranking officials of the ROAS countries (Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, UAE, KSA, OPT, Kuwait, Jordan, Yemen). The trophy is to be inspired from the three golden keys that symbolise the tripartite structure of the International Labour Organisation.
The unique tripartite structure of the ILO gives an equal voice to workers, employers and governments to ensure that their views are closely reflected in setting labour standards and shaping policies.

- Personalised engraving: a customisable plate that enables engraving of addressee’s details at a later stage.
The supplier can add further relevant elements without the omission of any of the above.
- Dimensions
The dimension of the trophy is a crucial consideration and should be carefully balanced to ensure prestige, practicality, and visual impact. The supplier is encouraged to propose dimensions that align with the main objective of these trophies, with justification, particularly during the design proposal phase. A key consideration is to also include the size of the packaging and dimensions.

The cost of producing these mock-ups should be included in the supplier's proposal.
