Surgical Instruments kits and Consumables kits for male circumcision procedures

The deadline for UNFPA receiving samples has been extended by 2 days to 11 Dec 2013 at 13:00 (Copenhagen time). However, the actual bid offer must still be received by the deadline of 9 Dec 2013 at 11 Dec 2013 at 13:00 (Copenhagen time).

Revised version of the ITB document and the Product Item Overview Form have replaced the previous versions. The main changes to the ITB document are as follows: - Submission deadline date has been extended to 9 December 2013 at 13:00 (Copenhagen time) and the Bid opening will take place on 9 December 2013 at 14:00 (Copenhagen time). - Under Section II, part 2.1 (Technical Specifications), for item # 1-1.11, the column that previously stated "Total Qty. Required" has been removed as for the Surgical Instruments kit, there is no immediate requirement as there is for the Consumables kit. - Under Section II, part 2.1 (Technical Specifications), for item # 2, the requirement to have all the items packed in a sterile pouch, including the ETO indicator, have been removed. The items still have to be kitted, but just not in a sterile pouch. Please note that the requirement to have individual items that have been requested to be sterile still applies. - All 3 Price Schedule Forms have been updated. In Price Schedule # 1, a line for the kitting service has been added. In Price Schedule # 2 & 3, a line for the kitting service has been added and the quantities defining the brackets for the volume discounts have been amended. The main changes to the Product Item Overview Form are as follows: - For item # 2, the requirement to have all the items packed in a sterile pouch, including the ETO indicator, have been removed. The items still have to be kitted, but just not in a sterile pouch. Please note that the requirement to have individual items that have been requested to be sterile still applies.
