TENDER DESCRIPTION:
The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite competent Bidders/Contractors to submit their respective competitive bids for the Upgrading and Rehabilitation of Four Community Development Centers (CDC); Djibouti City, Republic of Djibouti in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Technical Specification/“Scope of the Works (SoW)” herein uploaded under “Document” TAB.
The tender is divided into FOUR LOTS:
IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, via the UNGM portal. Kindly refer the clarification for your requestsas follows: Request: Can you extend the deadline for the tender to ten days to give us chance to prepare and submit our offer because there are a lot of technical form we need time to prepare it as tender quality and to visit the site to see demolishing works, electrical works and mechanical works?Clarification: We regret to inform you that UNOPS doesn’t have any intention to extend the bid closing period. Hence, all bidders hereby are strongly advised to effectively manage their respective time and summit competitive bids on or before the submission deadline. We are hoping this clarifies your request.
