Extension of closing date LITB-2010-9152732 Education Supplies (4 LOTS: School tents, School in the boxes, Early Childhood Development kits, and Adolescent Kits)
From Wednesday, 23 October 2019 @15:00 Hours (Jakarta Local time) to Friday, 25 October 2019 @15:00 Hours (Jakarta Local time) and public opening bid shall be opened @16:00 (Jakarta Local time on the same day itself. Proposal that have been received were remained unopen. Bidders that have submitted their proposals earlier as response to this ITB have an option either to submit a new proposal or keep the previous ones already submitted. If no revision or notification is received, UNICEF will consider the previous submitted proposals for evaluation.
Bids Received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.

1. The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) hereby invites you to submit a bidding through Invitation to Bid number LITB-2019-9152732 for Education Supplies (4 LOTS: School tents, School in the boxes, Early Childhood Development kits, and Adolescent Kits)
2. Bid Form and Price Schedule Form (Lot 1 - Lot 4) using form attached (EXCEL FILE) along with required documents must be submitted electronically in PDF file to jakartasupply@unicef.org with reference to ITB No. LITB-2019-9152732 for Education Supplies. Bids sent to other email address other than the above-mentioned email address will be invalidated. Large email files should be split in multiple email, with each attachment not exceeding by 8 MB
Required Documents:
1. The Bid Form (Page 3 of the ITB)
2. Legal registration of the company
3. 2 years set of financial statements for the full financial year (preferably audited)
4. Supplier Profile Form and Check List
3. Offers must be received latest by Wednesday, 25 October 2019 at 15.00 hours Jakarta local time. Bids received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated. Public Opening Bid will be done on Wednesday, 25 October 2019 at 16.00 Hours Jakarta local time at UNICEF Jakarta Office
4. Bidders are requested to quote prices in accordance with the following delivery terms (INCOTERMS 2010) Free Carrier (FCA) - Jakarta. For International Bidders, it is required to have representative in Indonesia for permit/certificate for processing custom clearance in Indonesia.
5. The Contract/Purchase Order will be awarded to bidder that offers the lowest price technically qualified bid per each LOT.
6. It is important that all bidders read all of the provisions of this ITB, to ensure that UNICEF's requirements are understood, and the bid complies with all formal and mandatory requirements. Note that failure to submit compliant bids may result in invalidation of the bid.
7. Any queries about this ITB, should be submitted via email to: swiyono@unicef.org and ikartorejo@unicef.org latest by three (3) working days prior to the deadline of proposal submission.
8. Packing, Packaging, Packing List, Labelling and Dangerous Goods Instructions. The Bidder will comply with the requirements for packing, packaging, packing list and labelling of goods set out on the UNICEF Supply Website (http://www.unicef.org/supply/index_41950.html)
