Supply & Delivery of Speakers and Amplifiers to UNAMI, IZ, Baghdad, Iraq     

1.0. United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) intends to solicit bids for Provision of Supply and Delivery of Speakers and Amplifiers to the UN Compound in Baghdad (Green Zone), Iraq 2.0 The successful Contractor/s will be required to supply and delivery the items to DAT/DAP-UNAMI Compound, Baghdad (Green Zone), (Incoterms 2010). 3.0 In this connection, a list with detailed generic specifications will be provided as a part of the tender; 4.0 This contract will be awarded to the proposer that clearly demonstrates through a written proposal a high degree of experience, ability, competency and best-practice in these services. 5.0 All Speakers/Amplifiers should be supplied and delivered in compliance with the detailed technical specifications, units of measure and quantities specified. 6.0 Security clearances: The successful bidder/s should have capability to independently organize security access clearances for its personnel, truck, tools, equipment and supplies to UNAMI compound in Baghdad (Green Zone). 7.0 Mandatory Acceptance of Split Award. 8.0 For this purpose, UNAMI will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly, accordingly would issue a Invitation to Bid (ITB) to those companies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNAMI’s requirement. 9.0 The solicitation will be based on a detailed Statement of Works, UN General Conditions of Contracts and other related documents which will be provided by UNAMI to all companies who respond to this EOI and qualify for the tender. 10.0 Please note on the following: • This EOI is not an invitation to submit a bid/proposal. • UNAMI reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities and mere expressing an interest would not automatically warrant for ITB/RFP document. • UNAMI reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the above deadline.
