The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite competent and/or qualified Bidders/Contractors to submit their respective competitive proposal for the Office Renovation of ETOH UNOPS Branch Office; Addis Ababa, Ethiopia in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the “Schedule of Requirements” herein uploaded as “RFQ-Section_II” as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ).

IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, via the UNGM portal. New amendment added #2: Dear Bidders; Greetings from UNOPS Ethiopia! This is to kindly inform you that we have made additional minor amendment under “Bill Nr. 1 – Renovation”. Line item 30, 32 and 49 which the changes are made on bold fonts. Mainly the amendment is on Glass Thickness from 8mm to 10mm“. Besides, to accommodate such a change the tender submission deadline has been extended up until July 3, 2019 at 12:00 UTC Please note that there are no other changes made in any part of the “Scope of Works”, Technical Specs and/or Bill of Quantities (BoQs) of the RFQ bid document. Hence, you are strongly advised to be sure you are using the amended BoQ under File Name "19-06-21 - 4 - Form B Priced BoQ - ETOH Branch Office - Amendment 2" before submitting.
